Boxing for kids: growth, individual approach and optional competition

Boxing brings benefits well beyond sport: coordination, body mobility, discipline, focus and healthy self-confidence — very helpful against bullying.

Every child grows at their own pace, so we use an individual approach: we adapt exercises, load and goals to their age (6-12 and 13-18) and temperament.

They learn real technique — guard, footwork, distance and punching — always safely and without seeking to fight.

Competitions and sparring are fully optional: they happen only if the student wants them, and always under the coach's control and supervision.
