Boxing is a technical sport. You can get very tired hitting a bag, but if nobody corrects your stance and punches, you'll keep repeating mistakes. Personal training changes that.
1. Correct technique from the start
With a coach focused only on you, every detail is corrected in real time: foot position, hip rotation, bringing your guard back after each punch. Learning it right from the start is much easier than fixing habits later.
2. A plan built for you
Not everyone trains for the same reason. Some want to get fit, some want confidence, some want to become better boxers. In a personal session the content adapts to your goal, and every session has a role within a plan.
3. Complete fitness
Pad work, the heavy bag and rounds develop endurance, coordination, speed and functional strength at the same time. Because intensity is adjusted to you, you progress without overdoing it or holding back.
4. Confidence and control
Learning to move, defend yourself and stay calm under pressure gives you a confidence that shows outside the gym, all without hard sparring if you don't want it.
5. Flexibility
Sessions are private, so we agree the timing with you. You can also train as a pair or online if that suits you better.
