Is it better to box one-to-one or in pairs?

Both formats are private and both adapt to your level. The difference is how the attention is shared and what kind of drills we can do.

One-to-one: maximum attention

  • The whole session revolves around you and your goal.
  • More pad time with the coach and more corrections.
  • Ideal if you want fast technical progress or have a very specific goal.

Price: €35 per session. More details on personal training.

Training for two: motivation and partner work

  • You train with your partner, a friend or a family member.
  • Each of you gets corrections for your own level, even with different experience.
  • We can work on defence, distance and timing with a real partner, always in a controlled way.
  • The cost per person is lower.

Price: €60 per session for both. More details on training for two.

How to decide

If training with someone motivates you and you can share a schedule, the session for two is a great option. If you want maximum technical detail or very flexible times, start one-to-one. You can also mix both depending on the week.
