Yes, as long as a coach watches you live and corrects you. A generic video can't tell you what you're doing wrong; a personal online session can.
What you can learn well online
- Guard, foot position and footwork.
- Punch mechanics and combinations through shadow boxing.
- Defensive movement: slips, blocks and exits.
- Boxing conditioning: endurance, coordination and speed.
What you need
- A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and a stable connection.
- A few metres of free space.
- A bag and gloves if you have them (not essential).
What an online session looks like
We position the camera to see your whole body, warm up, work through a technical block with real-time corrections and finish with conditioning. At the end I tell you what to practise before the next session.
When is in person better?
Pad work with the coach and partner drills can only happen in person. If you're in Alicante, you can combine in-person and online sessions.
