Methodology and technique: from footwork to a powerful punch
Good boxing starts with the basics: guard, balance and body mobility. Before hitting hard, we learn to move smoothly and keep our structure.
Footwork is the engine of everything. Short displacements and whole-body work (legs, hips and trunk) turn a loose arm into a powerful, clean punch.
The sense of distance makes the difference: knowing when you are in or out of range lets you attack safely and defend in time.
Defensive actions — slips, blocks and angular movement — are trained from day one. Defending well is the best way to attack better.
We work through all of this step by step, in personal or group classes, adapting intensity to your level so you progress without frustration.
